Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative 3D Apparel Graphic Production Artist who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently support a busy design studio. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical precision, strong visual design instincts, and the ability to juggle high-volume production work with seamless organization. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can collaborate effortlessly while keeping projects moving with accuracy, speed, and a solutions-focused mindset.

This role is a hybrid model working in Beaverton, Oregon.
3D Apparel Graphic Production Artist (Hybrid) Responsibilities

  • Create, refine, and deliver production-ready graphic files with accuracy and speed.
  • Build detailed 2D/3D schematics, laydown pages, and documentation for downstream partners.
  • Manage high-volume artwork updates and maintain file accuracy through final approval.
  • Collaborate with designers and production teammates to align on seasonal graphics and workflows.
  • Participate in production art meetings and advocate for process efficiencies and tool adoption.

3D Apparel Graphic Production Artist (Hybrid) Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Graphic design background; experience with 3D apparel tools such as CLO preferred.
  • Self-starter with exceptional multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with proven collaboration skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Airtable, or Miro a plus; degree encouraged but not required.

Compensation: Up to $40/hr. (DOE)
