Private Equity Infrastructure Associate

Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading Global Asset Manager looking to bring on an Associate (Pre-MBA) to their Infrastructure Private Equity team. The infrastructure strategy works across the capital stack, and focused on a wide-range of infrastructure sub-sectors across renewable energy, digital, transportation, and waste & water. This is a two-year program, with opportunity to receive a 3rd year offer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial modeling, market research, and underwriting
- Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing and evaluating potential investments
- Help monitor existing investments
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
- Coordinate with internal and external team members throughout the deal process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related and in good academic standing
- 1-4 years of investment banking experience in Power & Utilities, Renewable Energy, Transportation, Industrials, TMT, or related
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
