About the Position

Transystems is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Yard Coordinator to manage truck movement and yard operations at our Nampa, Idaho location. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely truck flow between the yard and factory.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and direct truck flow to maintain consistent operations

  • Ensure light and heavy weights are obtained when requested
  • Assign staging locations for unloading and maintain an organized yard layout
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure correct entry and exit procedures
  • Work closely with flumers and unloading teams to ensure safe and proper unloading
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors and factory personnel to prevent bottlenecks or delays

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics, yard coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $23.35 per hour
