We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. As a key representative of our dealership, the Car Sales Consultant will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a competitive retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
  • Conduct high-end automobile sales by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and demonstrating value propositions
  • Negotiate deals effectively to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to align vehicle availability with customer demand
  • Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract potential buyers
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving overall dealership performance
  • Maintain professional appearance and uphold dealership standards in communication, phone etiquette, and presentation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, negotiation, and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, high-end sales techniques, B2B sales strategies, and marketing principles is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and developing long-term client relationships
  • Retail math skills for calculating deals, discounts, and profit margins accurately
  • Valid driver's license is preferred for test drives or client meetings outside the dealership premises
