Position Overview
We are looking for highly motivated B2B Sales Representatives to expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is a commission-only role designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are confident in managing the full sales cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B accounts
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closur
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
Provide regular updates on sales activities and market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
Commission-only (no base salary)
High commission structure
Compensation plan discussed during the interview
