Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated B2B Sales Representatives to expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is a commission-only role designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are confident in managing the full sales cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B accounts

  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closur

  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience

  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

  • Commission-only (no base salary)

  • High commission structure

  • Compensation plan discussed during the interview
