What You'll Own

(This is a hands-on, high-visibility accounting role.)

  • Lead
    month-end close
    : journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain
    GL account reconciliations
    with full ownership of accuracy and completeness.
  • Support
    cost accounting
    across CIP, WIP, inventory, labor allocations, and job costing.
  • Manage the
    Capex process
    end-to-end, including approvals, tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Process vendor payments, payroll entries, labor distributions, and overhead allocations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and shop personnel to resolve GR/IR issues and PO discrepancies.
  • Assist with
    integration of newly acquired companies
    , including system alignment and financial process onboarding.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement
    and implement more efficient financial processes as the company scales.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience required (GSS a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a
    dynamic, fast-growing
    environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or a related quantitative field
  • CPA, CPA eligible, or MBA preferred
