Help Desk Technician

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be the frontline hero in our IT support team, providing exceptional assistance and solutions to our users. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations across various platforms and systems, making a significant impact on our organization's productivity. You'll engage with users to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage computer networks, and maintain our IT infrastructure. What you'll do
- Provide top-notch technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot software issues across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Manage computer hardware installations and configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP management.
- Utilize tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira for ticket management and incident resolution.
- Conduct analysis of system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Support mobile devices and ensure seamless connectivity within the LAN environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) for user management.
