About Us:
We are a full-service print and marketing shop that provides digital and offset printing, wide-format signage, direct mail campaigns, finishing and bindery, promotional products, and graphic design services. We serve a wide range of B2B clients, from small businesses and nonprofits to schools, government and corporate accounts.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven background in print sales to drive new business development and manage ongoing client relationships. This is not a retail counter position, it's a field sales role for someone who knows the print industry and how to grow a book of business.
Territory:
- Primary growth markets: Fayetteville.
- Expanded reach: We serve clients across the nation, giving you the flexibility to win accounts beyond local markets.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Prospect and secure new accounts through cold calling, networking, client visits, and community engagement.
- Promote a full suite of services: offset/digital print runs, wide-format banners & signs, brochures, catalogs, postcards, and promotional graphics.
- Develop a strong pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals.
Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing business clients, ensuring repeat orders and long-term loyalty.
- Consult with clients on print specifications (substrates, finishing, color, run sizes) and provide tailored solutions.
- Partner with in-store production staff, print shop manager, and vendors to deliver accurate, high-quality jobs on schedule.
- Upsell complementary services including direct mail, promotional products, kitting, and fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the commercial printing industry (digital, offset, or wide-format).
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, substrates, finishing, and design file requirements.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to both hunt for new business and farm existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
