Position Summary
The Oracle APEX Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable internal applications using Oracle APEX. You will work on a variety of projects, from new application development to enhancing existing systems, all aimed at improving our internal business processes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications for internal use, utilizing all core functionality, including complex dynamic actions, processes, AJAX callbacks, collections, REST data sources, API calls, and shared components.
- Create and maintain custom APEX plug-ins to extend functionality for internal business needs.
- Assist in the creation and coordination of SQL and PL/SQL code for creating and managing database objects, relationships, stored procedures, functions, and complex queries.
- Implement and enhance user interfaces with JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive internal tools.
- Integrate geospatial data and maps into Oracle APEX applications to provide location-based functionality for internal use.
- Incorporate AI and machine learning services (such as Oracle AI Services, OCI Generative AI, or third-party APIs) into APEX applications and workflows to add intelligent functionality like natural language processing, data analysis, or predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of internal applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle APEX features and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle APEX Developer.
- Deep understanding of Oracle APEX functionality and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Solid experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with integrating geospatial data and maps is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with integrating AI into APEX workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
