Job Title: Leasing Specialist

Location: Queens, NY

Pay: $20 – $25 per hour

We are a dynamic property management team dedicated to providing high-quality residential experiences. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our Queens office.

Job Summary:

The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for assisting prospective and current residents with leasing inquiries, guiding them through the application process, and supporting the property team to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents in-person and via phone/email
  • Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities
  • Assist applicants with rental applications and lease documentation
  • Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and lease agreements
  • Collaborate with property management team to support occupancy and retention goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with prospective residents promptly
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus
  • Professional and approachable demeanor

Benefits:

  • $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
