Position: District Manager
Our amazing Field Team is currently looking for an optimistic District Manager to lead a team of Store Managers to maximize sales goals and promote store growth. This district includes Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures all directives given by the company are met completely and in a timely manner
- Recruits, hires, trains, & coaches all Store Managers in their district
- Promotes and ensures that Store Managers maintain a model store
- Monitors and reports sales and budgeted hours on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
- Ensures that safety and security guidelines are followed to prevent loss and guarantee employee/customer safety
- Visits stores in their district to create model store locations
- Contacts all stores in their district weekly and reviews their individual department sales
- Ensures schedules are written within payroll guidelines to optimize sales, complete operational tasks, and meet developmental goals
- Works directly with all areas of store support to ensure each store is performing correctly
- Enforces and follows all company policies and procedures
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned

- Ability to take on multiple tasks at once while maintaining strong performance, consistency, and integrity
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to an everchanging environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
REQUIREMENTS:
- Uphold and represent the Earthbound Field mission statement in all aspects of the role
- Previous multi-store experience in a retail environment
- Minimum of 5 years of store management experience
- Ability to travel extensively within and outside of District, including overnights stays as needed
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when required
- Exceptional leadership, team building, and selling skills
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proven success with the training and development of teams
