Summary: Responsible for overseeing the general operations of the Clinically Managed low-intensity Residential Services, including implementing and monitoring policies and procedures, staff supervision and training, and overseeing day-to-day services and property maintenance. Ensure all organizational goals are met or exceeded for Clinically Managed low-intensity Residential Services.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Provides a regular planned presence and supervision at all residential services staff, as well as performs daily check-ins and weekly meetings.

  2. Conducts weekly planning and oversight of services and property maintenance.

  3. Identifies client educational materials.

  4. Identifies policies and procedures that are unclear, as well as clarifies, documents, and implements all policies.

  5. Recruits and markets the services of Limen Recovery + Wellness to ensure we are reaching at-risk people and offer the opportunity to recover under Limen Recovery + Wellness' recovery approach.

  6. Maintains a schedule of residents' plans, assists residents in planning meaningful and productive daily activities and arranges special events for residents (budgeting, time management and healthy relationship skills etc).

  7. Annual, or as needed, inventory of facilities, furnishing, and equipment or appliance needs.

  8. Facilitates weekly staff and training meetings.

  9. Provides regular planned individual supervision.

  10. Implements individual treatment plans and interventions.

  11. Provides training in the use of educational workbooks.

  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of residents' treatment and progress.

  13. Provides written, weekly, operation reports to the Clinical Director.

  14. Ensures all compliance with all third-party billing regulations and standards and contracts is always completed.

  15. Emergency on-call 7 day a week 24 hours a day for staff and services as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises employees in the Clinically Managed low-intensity Residential Services. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for delivering quality services.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) from four-year college or university; and 2 years of minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specialized Training:

Clinically Managed low-intensity Residential Services

Certificates and Licenses:

Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)

Mental Health Screener (or willing to complete courses)

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

· At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role

· Strong interpersonal and writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $72,000.00 per year
