Overview

My Computer Works provides nationwide technical support services to thousands of consumers throughout North America. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our rapidly growing company. The position will primarily focus on customer service-related functions.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling existing customer inquiries, billing issues, service opportunities and other related projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented and fun environment.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support for client services, ensuring all customer needs are met effectively.
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate client records
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
  • Support the customer service queue
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other proprietary CRM systems to manage customer accounts.
  • Maintain phone etiquette while communicating with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with call center operations and experience in outbound calling is preferred.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
