**What You'll Do as a Clinic Director:

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a
    Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
    recognized by the APTA
  • Current Physical Therapy license
    or eligibility to obtain one
  • 2-4+ years of clinical experience,
    with leadership or management experience preferred
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team development
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success
