Sales Account Executive – Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct regular outside sales calls and in-person visits to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Business Development

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Analysis & Reporting

Analyze account performance, sales trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, monitor pipeline health, and ensure accurate account records.

Field Engagement

Conduct regular outside calls and site visits to deepen relationships, assess client environments, and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to help refine products, services, and support strategies.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Tourism or Hospitality Management
  • Aviation Management
  • A high school diploma may be acceptable for entry-level positions if paired with strong sales experience.

Professional Experience

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in:
  • Airlines or travel agencies
  • Hospitality or tourism industries
  • Corporate or B2B (business-to-business) sales
  • Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a big plus.
