Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong technical skills, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Duties

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore/Autodesk and Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Manage project timelines effectively through diligent time management practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Process RFI's and Submittals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam and Autodesk.
  • Understanding of project coordination, project management principles, and construction site experience.
  • Blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
  • Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $75, $91,056.55 per year
