Required Skills:

  • 12 years of professional experience in Data Science / Machine Learning, including NLP model development.
  • Hands-on experience with LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar open-source LLMs.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and popular libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face), and LangChain.
  • Experience with fine-tuning, quantization, and model deployment using frameworks like Hugging Face PEFT, LoRA, or vLLM.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and RAG pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
