JOB SUMMARY

The QC/QA's primary function is to ensure products and services meet client/owner quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A working knowledge of construction project quality control and quality assurance, typically gained from one year of experience in inspection, construction, or operations, or a combination of training and experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements.
  • Requires extensive travel, up to 80%.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate work performance records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
  • Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures, including inspection instructions and control of measuring and test equipment.
  • Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate quality control inspection schedules with overall project timelines.
  • Review purchase documents for compliance with quality control requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits; identify problem areas, define corrective measures, and ensure timely implementation.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary range: $38 to $43 hourly
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401 (k) with company match.
  • Paid time off.
