JOB SUMMARY
The QC/QA's primary function is to ensure products and services meet client/owner quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A working knowledge of construction project quality control and quality assurance, typically gained from one year of experience in inspection, construction, or operations, or a combination of training and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements.
- Requires extensive travel, up to 80%.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate work performance records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
- Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures, including inspection instructions and control of measuring and test equipment.
- Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and applicable codes.
- Coordinate quality control inspection schedules with overall project timelines.
- Review purchase documents for compliance with quality control requirements.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits; identify problem areas, define corrective measures, and ensure timely implementation.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: $38 to $43 hourly
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401 (k) with company match.
- Paid time off.
