Position Summary

The duties and responsibilities of the ABC Seamless Machine Mechanic are to assemble, adjust, and maintain siding, roofing, and gutter roll-forming machines. This individual will also train franchisees on how to troubleshoot their own equipment. Must understand and supervise the production of embossing-rollers as well as contribute to the development and design improvements of ABC's siding, gutter, and roofing machines. Some occasional long-distance travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assemble, fabricate, refurbish, adjust, and repair siding machines, roofing machines, gutter machines, ventilator systems and attachments.

· Assist in developing and presenting ABC Seamless Machine training programs.

· Weld; cut metal; bend metal; oversee general electrical applications, processes, and installations.

· Demonstrate successful leadership and communication skills (troubleshoot, teach and direct processes and procedures on machine adjustment and repair).

· Ability to travel to conduct training and education programs at franchise locations and ABC University.

· Conduct inventory of machines and machine parts.

· Install machines into trailers or trucks.

· Work with franchisees to troubleshoot their machine problems.

· Other duties may be assigned as needed or added to this job position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
