To support the successful execution of listings and transactions through accurate analysis, organization, and coordination, while continuously developing technical market expertise, analytical capabilities, and a deeper understanding of real estate fundamentals.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive transactional support through problem-solving, market research, data storage and management, marketing materials, contracts, effective time management, and assistance throughout the transaction process.
Key Result Areas and Accountabilities:
Transaction Support
- Support listings and transactions from marketing through closing, including LOIs, contracts, listing and commission agreements.
- Assist with proposal delivery, contract negotiation support, site planning, budgeting concepts, and coordination with title companies through close.
- Maintain organized deal files, timelines, and internal deal tracking.
Market Research & Aerials
- Update and maintain property aerials with relevant market, infrastructure, development, and activity data.
- Conduct market research and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
- Monitor regional news, development activity, and infrastructure improvements impacting assigned markets.
Marketing & Deliverables
- Prepare marketing materials, flyers, and property packages.
- Coordinate sign orders and delivery of marketing materials.
- Support gifting and document delivery as required.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
- Prepare materials for meetings including aerials, property lists, market reports, and mapping exhibits.
- Proactively assist brokers in managing upcoming business.
- Distribute meeting notes and manage follow-up action items.
Prospecting & Pipeline Support
- Build prospect lists, assist with outbound calling, and support brokers in prospecting efforts.
- Filter property interest and support deal sourcing activities.
Account & Transaction Management
- Assist with transaction and listing management from acceptance to close.
- Track referrals, manage contacts/databases, coordinate inspections, and monitor contractual deadlines.
- Maintain fluency in real estate documentation, disclosures, and transaction workflows.
Technology & Software Proficiency
- Utilize industry and mapping platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Earth/Maps, LandVision, MapRight, STDB, MLS, CoStar, LoopNet, Axiometrics, Reonomy, and cloud-sharing systems.
