We are currently hiring a Customer Success Associate to join our AT&T campaign in the San Jose area. This position involves working directly with residential customers to answer service-related questions, discuss available upgrades, and ensure complete satisfaction with their current AT&T products. The Customer Success Associate will play an important role in supporting our sales department, maintaining long-term client relationships, and helping to exceed company performance goals.

Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

  • Follow up directly with designated customers from a generated lead list to assist with product, service, or account inquiries
  • Provide information on available upgrades, new technology, and promotional packages while helping to increase overall sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication and consistent support
  • Participate in ongoing classroom-style training and product knowledge workshops to strengthen your sales and customer communication skills as a Customer Success Associate
  • Manage customer accounts and assist with retention and outreach initiatives after initial training is complete
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service departments and fellow Customer Success Associates to ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally

Customer Success Associate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Confidence in learning new products, services, and compliance guidelines as they evolve
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to track account updates and sales performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and professionalism are key
