Relieves and provides sales support to managers by handling daily administrative and business details. Responsible for leading a team of Sales Support Assistants that support sales personnel in providing best in class support for their customers.

Essential Duties:

  • Organize manager's schedule and maintains appointments and to do lists for managers
  • Coordinate and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, and prepares facilities
  • Conduct research and develops proposals and contracts using various computer applications
  • Coach and motivate a team of Sales Support Assistants to engage with our customers and associates positively, professionally and solution based
  • Liaise with the sales leadership team to ensure sales-support needs are being met
  • Compile and create information and enter data for processing of reports and presentations relative to specific organizational needs
  • Capture the essential information of a meeting – key points of discussions, decisions and assigned actions
  • Coordinate travel as needed, hotels, flights, rental cars and prepares itineraries
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Experience working with sales and customer relationship management software e.g., preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to include evenings, weekends, holidays, early or late days based on executive management activities
