Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry techniques, with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks related to construction, restoration, and remodeling.

Duties

  • Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines.
  • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on the job site.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
  • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed.
  • Participate in fabrication processes for various construction components.
  • Conduct roofing, siding, and cabinet installation tasks with attention to detail.
  • Handle water damage restoration projects, including mold remediation and caulking.
  • Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required on-site.
  • Collaborate with team members on fixture installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical work when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Candidates should possess experience in the following areas:

  • Construction site experience with a focus on carpentry techniques.
  • Proficiency in woodworking, including cabinet installation and door hanging.
  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of construction painting, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, remodeling, CNC operations, assembly tasks, and general maintenance person experience is beneficial.
