By joining United Site Services, you will be part of an organization that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and excellence in every aspect of our business.

Overview:

The Senior Director of Enterprise Applications is a hands-on leader responsible for driving strategy, execution, and daily operations of our core enterprise applications, including Netsuite ERP, Acumatica ERP, Coupa, Sidetrade, Microsoft Nav, and Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, FSL). This individual will lead a team of product owners, functional experts, and business analysts while also directly contributing to solution design, configuration oversight, testing, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with practical expertise — able to partner with business stakeholders, optimize complex order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, and ensure our systems deliver scalable solutions that support growth in a SaaS, services-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product owners, functional experts, and business analysts.
  • Actively participate in solution design workshops, business process mapping, and critical system configuration reviews.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, diving into details when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Set the tone as both a strategic leader and active contributor who rolls up their sleeves when needed.
  • Application Ownership & Roadmap
    • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of NetSuite, Acumatica, Coupa, Sidetrade, Microsoft Nav, and Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, FSL).
  • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution — guiding long-term architecture while overseeing short-term enhancements and fixes.
  • Ensure integrations across systems are robust, scalable, and support procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and lead-to-cash cycles.
  • Business Process Enablement
    • Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Services, and Operations to design and optimize business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and system configurations.
  • Oversee testing and validation efforts, ensuring solutions meet functional needs and compliance requirements.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with ERP, CRM, and procurement software vendors, engaging directly on escalations and key projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage licensing, and ensure vendor solutions align with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
  • Program & Project Delivery
    • Drive execution of enterprise application initiatives with a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.
  • Implement structured governance, release management, and change management for all enterprise applications.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory standards.
