Job Description

We are seeking a full-time or part-time receptionist to bring onto our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is reliable, and collaborates easily into our well-established team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
  • Assist with veterinary procedures and patient care as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff and help as needed

Schedule

  • Monday- Friday schedule avaliable. Can discuss depending on part time or full time hours.
  • 7am-5pm work schedule

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a veterinary setting or reception (preferred)
  • Pulse or Shepherd Software experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • A love for animals and a team-oriented attitude
  • English Speaking/Reading proficiency required
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
