Staff Program Manager

We are seeking a Staff Program Manager with deep experience in Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and the contingent workforce domain. This role will own the end-to-end delivery of a greenfield contingent workforce platform, integrating VMS, Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management (LMS), call center scheduling, and time/clock-in–clock-out systems.
In This Role, You Will...- Own the entire contingent workforce program, ensuring delivery across VMS, WFM, and LMS.
- Define the target-state operating model for contingent labor, including onboarding, compliance, time capture, billing, and offboarding.
- Drive vendor strategy and governance across staffing suppliers and VMS providers.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, HRIS, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
- Manage roadmap definition, execution cadence, risk, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and cost transparency across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
- Provide strategic guidance for integration and operational adoption.
- 10+ years of program management experience with a focus on contingent workforce programs.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass).
- Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and supplier management.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Base Salary Range
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
