As part of our Vehicle Exchange Department, you'll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience while helping our clients discover exciting upgrade opportunities. What You'll Do:

  • Engage with every service customer in our dealership with confidence and professionalism
  • Initiate personalized conversations about upgrading their current vehicle
  • Educate clients on current offers, incentives, and vehicle options that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
  • Maintain detailed follow-ups and build strong relationships that lead to long-term satisfaction
