Who We Are
Southeastern Traffic Supply (STS) is traffic control company, servicing both Florida and Georgia, that provides flagging, equipment rental, and MOT plans, permitting, and road safety services. We exist to save lives by improving the safety of our roadways for our employees, customers & the traveling public. Our success stems from quality execution, dependable service, and commitment to safety.

The Territory Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing networks with industry experts in a regional territory of Florida. This role will be primarily travel in the field.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develops client relationships and strengthens industry partnerships.
  • Identifies new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Updates the customer contact list specific to each Branch.
  • Negotiates and closes business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Research and analyze existing client relationships; identify gaps or issues as needed.
  • Liaises with Operations to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of MOT experience, preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
