Position summary:

We are looking for an experienced, 'hands-on' Finance Manager to lead all financial aspects of the US site. The role includes full responsibility for financial management, analysis of financial statements, budgeting and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare financial statements.
  • Manage all finance and accounting operations including billing, suppliers, payments, payroll, fixed assets and cost accounting.
  • Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
  • Prepare tax reports and ensure timely reporting to US authorities.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports including working with the company's external auditors.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Controller or Finance Manager in global and publicly traded companies.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, planning, and analysis.
  • Proven Experience in preparing reports in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Strong experience in US tax reporting and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business 1 software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • A degree in accounting/finance.
