Sentar is seeking a Training & Process Improvement Specialist – NIWC CSSPin Charleston or remote
Role Description:
The Training & Process Improvement Specialist plays a key role in designing and implementing a comprehensive training and professional development program for NIWC Atlantic's CSSP. This position combines training design, process documentation, and performance improvement (PI) coordination to enhance operational effectiveness across defensive cyberspace operations (DCO) teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage enterprise-level training programs for all CSSP personnel.
- Build and maintain a dynamic onboarding and career development framework.
- Coordinate tabletop exercises and recurring training events.
- Support process improvement investigations and documentation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and after-action reports.
- Collaborate across domains to ensure alignment with accreditation and readiness standards.
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: Secret
Experience:
- Experience developing and implementing technical or cybersecurity training programs.
- Knowledge of DCO operations and performance improvement methodologies.
- Background in program/project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with DoD directives and M.
- Knowledge of CJCSM B and SECNAV M
- Technical writing experience supporting cybersecurity programs.
- Experience using Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
