About Us

MediMar Medical Market Inc. is a licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider specializing in CPAP and sleep-related equipment. We're in a growth phase and seeking an experienced consultant to help us properly establish our billing and credentialing systems from the ground up.

Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable DME Billing & Credentialing Consultant with hands-on experience setting up billing operations, payer enrollments, and compliance processes for sleep or respiratory equipment suppliers. The consultant will guide us through the setup of systems, forms, and workflows to ensure smooth reimbursement and insurance credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assess our current business structure and recommend the ideal billing and credentialing workflow for CPAP/DME.
• Assist with insurance payer enrollment and credentialing applications (Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial payers).
• Recommend and configure billing software and clearinghouses suited for DME operations.
• Establish claim submission, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Train our staff on daily billing procedures and claims follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and DMEPOS supplier standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience setting up or managing billing/credentialing for a DME or HME company.
• Deep understanding of CPAP billing codes, modifiers, and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and PECOS.
• Experience using NikoHealth software strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide actionable, step-by-step guidance.

Contract Details

• Short-term consulting engagement (estimated 20–40 hours total).
• Competitive hourly rate or project-based contract.
• Potential for ongoing advisory work as the business scales.
