Job Summary

  • The General Services and Procurement Analyst plays a vital role within the General Services and Procurement Division of our client, performing complex procurement, functions, inventory/asset management, and various general services duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibilities include the performance of complex procurement functions including vendor selection, Bid/RFP development and evaluation, contract development/negotiation and maintenance, vendor performance monitoring, maintaining strong vendor relationships, cost analysis, inventory and asset management.
  • Coordination of facility maintenance requests, space planning activities, interior facilities renovation projects, fleet maintenance, establishing/maintaining building security access and records retention.
  • This role supports a collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and innovation.
  • The General Services and Procurement Analyst must demonstrate proficiency in Procurement rules, regulations, statutes and administrative orders governing procurement standards as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • This role requires exceptional attention to detail and efficiency ensuring work is completed accurately, comprehensively, neatly, and timely, aligned with performance standards.
  • This position is expected to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service, providing support to all departments.
  • This includes upholding a high standard of professionalism in appearance, preparation, demeanor, and actions to maintain trust and credibility among those relying on the office's services.

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree

Relevant Experience
Five years of highly responsible experience in industrial purchasing is required. Space allocation experience is a plus.
