Are you passionate about tennis and enjoy working outdoors in a beautiful coastal setting? Boca Grande Club is seeking a Tennis Court Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our premier tennis facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance of clay tennis courts (watering, rolling, brushing, line cleaning)
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests
  • Assist with tennis facility operations including setup, cleanliness, and supply management
  • Collaborate closely with the Tennis Director and Maintenance Team to ensure top-quality court conditions

Qualifications:

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • Comfortable interacting with members and staff in a courteous manner
  • Previous experience in tennis court maintenance or landscaping preferred (but not required—training available)
