Exodus Recovery is looking to hire a Program Director for our FSP4 located in Los Angeles, CA.
Recruiting a licensed clinician to assume a leadership position as a Program Director for an adult outpatient program targeting a seriously mentally ill population. Daily operations include staff supervision, clinical oversight, budget and productivity monitoring, representation in community and LAC DMH meetings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher with current valid CA license (or able to be licensed within 6 months of hire) - LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist.
- 5 years' experience working with complex adult populations with conditions that include serious mental illness, substance use disorders and homelessness.
- 3 years progressive leadership experience. Knowledge of LA County Department of Mental Health policies, procedures and documentation preferred.
- Prior leadership experience strongly desired
- Ability to navigate the Department of Mental Health system of care and coordinate with other service provides.
- Experience with DSM Assessments, Crisis Intervention, Specialty Mental Health Services, Permanent Supportive House requirement
Salary commensurate with experience.
