Summary: Jafco is seeking an experienced 01 Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This role involves completing commercial and residential plumbing service, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing and other related in-home and commercial service calls.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components
• Troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for plumbing issues
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

Requirements:

• 01 Journeyman License (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Service Titan Experience is a plus
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
• Must have a valid driver's license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, talk, type and write. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 100 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors and in extreme weather (wet, below freezing, or above 100° temperatures). Must be able to climb on ladders & scaffolding.
