Microsoft Power Automate
Capabilities designing, building, and managing automated workflows to streamline business processes. Responsibilities include creating automated processes to integrate applications, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Key skills include knowledge of Power Automate, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

*Key Capabilities*

• Design and build: Create automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating various apps, services, and SAP data sources.
• Automate repetitive tasks: Develop solutions to automate common, repetitive tasks like sending notifications, syncing files, or collecting data.
• Manage and optimize: Maintain existing flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for better performance and efficiency.
• Implement business logic: Translate business requirements into automated processes, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and meet project goals.

Azure AI Foundry
Capabilities building, deploying, and managing AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Key responsibilities include creating and refining AI agents using tools like Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio, designing data pipelines, and integrating AI services into existing applications. Required skills typically include proficiency in programming languages like Python, knowledge of machine learning frameworks, and experience with Azure services and data.

• Design and development: Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and agents, create multi-step prompt workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
• Data integration: Develop data pipelines to ingest and process data for AI models and connect AI agents to various data sources.
• Deployment and management: Implement and manage AI solutions, monitor performance, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimization: Optimize AI models and workflows for performance and scalability and test and evaluate agent performance using user feedback.
• Best practices: Establish best practices, internal playbooks, and reusable prompt libraries, while staying up-to-date on emerging AI technologies.

Document AI
Capabilities include creating and deploying AI models to extract, classify, and analyze data from documents. Responsibilities can include developing and refining machine learning models for tasks like entity extraction, designing data pipelines, and creating user-friendly documentation for AI-powered document processing tools. Roles range from engineering and data science to product management, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges.

*Key Capabilities*

• Model Development: Design, build, and refine AI models (such as those using NLP and OCR) for tasks like extracting text, key-value pairs, and document structure from various document types (e.g., invoices, forms).
• Data Management: Handle the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets to ensure high-quality training and evaluation data for models.
• System Design: Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and APIs to process and deliver extracted information to downstream systems.
• Technical Writing: Create clear and accessible documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials, to help developers and end-users understand and use AI tools effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Address complex challenges like long-context reasoning, reducing model hallucinations, and handling noisy or ambiguous data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to define use cases and integrate AI solutions into products.

Salary/ Rate: $70-85/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
