Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Execution & Backlog Ownership

  • Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned software platforms (ScoutRMS, program managment, or related systems)
  • Translate strategic objectives from the Senior Product Manager into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize work based on customer value, technical feasibility, and cross-functional readiness
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
  • Ensure delivered functionality meets quality, usability, and performance expectations

Operational Alignment & Workflow Integration

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to align software workflows with real-world processes (e.g., provisioning, billing, renewals, compliance)
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Product Operations to ensure data integrity across systems (ERP, CRM, and monitoring platforms)
  • Partner with Implementation and Field teams to validate setup, configuration, and escalation workflows
  • Support internal readiness for new features through training materials, release notes, and knowledge-based updates

Technical Coordination & Quality

  • Work closely with Engineering and QA to define test cases, validate features, and manage defect triage
  • Coordinate cross-platform dependencies and integrations with other systems (CRM, ERP, analytics tools, etc.)
  • Assist in documenting version updates, release notes, and user guides
  • Support API and data-integration readiness to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows

Customer Experience & Feedback Loop

  • Support RICE scoring, ROI assessments, and capacity planning
  • Identify process improvements to enhance sprint delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
  • Help maintain alignment between product releases, operational readiness, and customer milestones
  • Additional job duties as assigned

  • Strong ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and user stories
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and customer-facing SaaS workflows preferred
