Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Costa Mesa, CA. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, perform account reconciliations, manage the preparation of budgets, and support audit processes. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, improving financial controls, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budget Management, and Forecasting
- Strong skills in Account Reconciliation, General Ledger Accounting, and Audit Support
- Experience with Financial Analysis, Cost Management, and Compliance with GAAP
- Familiarity with Accounting Software, Tools, and ERP Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably with corporate or audit backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Salary range: $95K - $105K
On-site role / No recruiters

Pay: $95, $105,000.00 per year
