We are seeking a proven Used Car Manager to lead, scale, and elevate our pre-owned operation at The Wyler Collections, Dublin. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire used vehicle operation, from acquisition to retail delivery
  • Source inventory through auctions, trades, direct buys, and digital acquisition tools
  • Manage inventory turn, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness
  • Partner with the Sales, F&I, and Recon teams to maximize gross and volume
  • Oversee appraisal process and establish disciplined buying strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and internal policies
  • Analyze performance using KPIs, market data, and inventory metrics
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and support staff
  • Drive a culture of professionalism, urgency, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Automotive Used Vehicle Sales Manager - Qualifications

  • New or Used Car Sales Management experience required.
  • Automotive Finance experience preferred.
  • Automotive appraisal and purchasing experience is preferred.
  • Auction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Automotive Used Car Wholesale Manager - Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
