Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in ensuring positive interactions between the insurance agency and its clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with understanding their insurance policies, coverage details, and any related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Experience

  • Insurance Producer License preferred, or willingness to obtain license within 30 days. (Licensing Requirements: at least 18 years old, 20-40 hours of coursework (done OTJ), take and pass licensing exam, pass background check (no felonies as this is a financial job in nature) & fingerprinting required)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client services role is preferred.
  • OJT will be provided. Job pays for continuing education.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual is desirable.
  • Prior experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous.
