THE JOB:

As the Host of The Felt Bar & Lounge, you'll be the key to creating unforgettable nightlife experiences for our guests Your hospitality skills will shine as you welcome visitors, network, and build exciting relationships in our vibrant entertainment venue. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet and check identification as guests arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed into our vibrant nightlife

  • Exemplify Excellence: Maintain MGM SHOW standards by providing friendly, positive service to everyone who walks through the door

  • Market the Venue: Actively participate in marketing efforts, including networking, social media posts, and managing table reservations for an unforgettable experience

  • Guest Flow Control: Manage the flow of guests entering the bar, and lounge for a smooth operation.

  • Safety First: Ensure compliance with age requirements and dress standards, while maintaining awareness of safety protocols.

  • Communication Pro: Collaborate with management and service teams to address any guest needs or concerns swiftly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Experience as a host person in similar, high-volume bar, nightclub (Preferred)

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (Required)

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$19.13

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
