Job Description
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and sales team. This multi-faceted position includes a wide variety of duties ranging from placing inventory orders to invoicing customers. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail will be key characteristics of the successful candidate.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Enter sales order information and invoice customers using NetSuite ERP
  • Provide support to all internal and external customers including general information inquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare and distribute quote requests & product approval packets for the sales team and distributors
  • Assist with sales and inventory analysis and reporting
  • Complete vendor approval documents
  • Onboard new distributors
  • Facilitate the setup of new customers
  • Place inventory orders to customers, distributors and employees
  • Work with the Quality Department to accurately complete Product Experience Reports
  • Resolve product or service problems while maintaining good customer relations
  • Process returns and credits according to established department policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three (3) years' experience in a team-focused office setting supporting a sales team.
  • Medical device experience or knowledge a plus.
