Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Cleanroom Technician to join our bearing relubrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, cleaning, lubricating, assembling, and packaging precision bearings while maintaining strict adherence to cleanroom and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of precision bearings.
  • Apply lubricants according to customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Operate within a Class 7 (ISO 10,000) cleanroom environment, following contamination control protocols.
  • Handle and track parts through each stage of the process using production documentation and ERP systems.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area to cleanroom standards.
  • Perform visual inspections under magnification for contamination, wear, or defects.
  • Package bearings in cleanroom-compliant materials for shipment.
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and work procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production orders.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Comfortable working with small mechanical components.
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanroom discipline and protocols.

Preferred:

  • Previous cleanroom, production, or bearing-handling experience.
  • Familiarity with relubrication, precision assembly, or similar technical processes.
  • Experience in aerospace, medical, or manufacturing industries.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Fine motor skills for handling small components and tools.
  • Must wear cleanroom garments (smock, gloves, mask, hairnet, etc.) during work.
