1. Key Responsibilities in Project Management

· Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, develop project plans, set deliverables, and coordinate with customers regarding project schedule and milestones.

· Resource Management: Allocate tasks, track milestones, and ensure effective use of personnel, budget, and time.

· Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively solve issues as they arise.

· Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with team members, management, and clients through regular updates and meetings (in person & remote).

· Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

· Project Closure: Conclude projects with thorough documentation, collect feedback, and identify lessons learned for future improvements.

2. Key Responsibilities in Sales

· Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, understand client needs, and provide ongoing support.

· Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.

· Achieving Sales Targets: Set and pursue sales goals, monitor progress, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.

· Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and offerings.

· Reporting: Accurately document sales activities and maintain records in collaboration with accounting staff

4. Collaborative Responsibilities

· Cross-Functional Responsibility: Project managers and sales professionals often work together to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

· Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Share insights between teams, participate in regular reviews, and implement best practices for ongoing development.

· Professional Integrity: Maintain ethical standards, protect confidential information, and represent the company's interests in all interactions.
