Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of the new client initiative. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing project plans, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions from initial assessment through final bid award. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments..

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards and business objectives are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all project participants.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
