As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be crucial in establishing and nurturing professional relationships with a diverse range of customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their personal needs. Our entry-level sales representatives strive to drive growth and success in a rewarding environment. We're looking for a dedicated professional passionate about creating customer-centric solutions and who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail sales environment.

Responsibilities of a Entry Level Sales Representative:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our business, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for any individual and their needs.
  • Seek out new customer acquisition opportunities by identifying potential customers in a retail setting.
  • Understand individuals' Home Improvement needs and deliver compelling solutions that improve their situation overall and address challenges.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with other customers and Sales Representatives internally through regular communication, problem-solving, and providing value-added services.
  • Work closely with the Entry Level Sales Representative team to strategize and achieve business goals by meeting sales expectations.
  • Provide timely follow-up to customers, ensuring all queries are addressed and needs are met.
  • Track and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and pipeline development.

How to Qualify as a Entry Level Sales Representative:

  • Entry-level experience in a sales or retail customer service setting is preferred, alongside a successful track record of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels, alongside our Entry Level Sales Representative department overall.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Coachability to become familiar with our sales structures to track, refine, and improve customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns promptly.
