Position Overview:

We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Sunrise location. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the high standards that make Cloak & Dagger a fan favorite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise team members, ensuring top-tier customer experiences.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and training of game masters and front desk staff.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Handle cash management, sales tracking, and daily reports.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement to increase bookings.
  • Maintain and enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with special events, private parties, and group experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling tools, spreadsheets).
  • Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
