Day to day as a Automotive Finance Manager

As a Full Time Automotive Finance Manager at Phil Long KIA, you will play a crucial role in protecting the dealership's gross profit by skillfully arranging financing that safeguards selling margins. Your expertise will establish strong lender relationships, enhancing customer loyalty to the dealership. You will generate additional income by promoting sales of credit insurance, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans, while meticulously managing all paperwork related to vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. With a keen focus on ethical practices, you will process finance and lease deals accurately, converting cash deals to finance, and securing necessary customer information efficiently.

Your responsibilities will extend to training sales staff on financing programs and coordinating with the sales department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. In this exciting role, you will maintain a professional environment and ensure all processes run smoothly, making a significant impact on the dealership's success.
