Quelliv Holistic Wellness Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Holistic Wellness Sales Associate to join the Quelliv team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, wellness, and client care, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and provide a personalized, high-quality experience. As a Sales Associate at Quelliv, you will play a key role in educating clients about our wellness services, technologies, and products—while driving sales and rebooking opportunities to support long-term client success.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their wellness inquiries and service recommendations.
  • Educate clients on Quelliv's treatments, memberships, and holistic products to help them make informed decisions about their wellness journey.
  • Operate the system efficiently for check-ins, bookings, payments, and product sales.
  • Conduct service and product demonstrations to highlight benefits and promote rebooking and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting atmosphere throughout the wellness center, including treatment areas and the retail space.
  • Support daily operations by managing client flow, scheduling appointments, and assisting the team as needed
  • Foster a professional and caring environment for all clients and team members, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Experience in sales or client service, preferably in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in point-of-sale systems.
  • Enthusiastic about holistic health, wellness technologies, and client education.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on organization and follow-through.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others feel their best.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
