Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Fulfillment Services Representative II, where you'll play a critical function in preparing, auditing, and distributing printed marketing and member support materials. With minimal supervision, you'll fulfill supply requests for Sales and Marketing, Individuals, Producers, and Group Administrators. You'll handle confidential information, customize and assemble materials from various sources, and ensure timely shipment in a highly regulated setting. As part of a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you'll work closely with colleagues to rotate responsibilities, stay current on regulations, and support each other in meeting tight deadlines and delivering exceptional service.

This role is based onsite at our Mountlake Terrace campus.

What you'll do:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; maintain positive relationships with business partners; provide timely assistance; communicate issues, questions and status to customers and team members.
  • Fulfill requests for print marketing and member support materials for internal and external customers: member kits, benefit booklets, contracts, producer print supplies.
  • Trained in Company Sales CRM systems, member, provider and producer databases, and other sources (phone, e-mail, shared e-mail distribution, and print tickets), to retrieve and log requests.
  • Retrieves group requests from Sales CRM for digital member kits and email marketing; identify plan types and codes with recipient information to provide accurate data to email marketing team. 
  • Manage requests for business reply mail (sorting, scanning and fulfilling materials requests)
  • Using information from reports and other quality control processes, audit the print output of Benefit Booklets and Contracts, report any QC issues.
  • Assemble kitted materials; photocopy/print customized pieces as needed.
  • Prepare materials for shipping or mailing.
  • Maintain production logs and reporting tools.
  • Monitor print inventory to maintain par levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

  • Access database entry experience (Required)
  • MS Office experience, particularly Excel sort and mail merge (Required)
  • 2 years' experience in related industry, such as printing, mailing, fulfillment, or healthcare customer service (Required)
  • 1-year related experience in fulfillment services in a healthcare environment preferred

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

National Plus Salary Range:

$43, $64,100.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
